Well I have been happy with service, but I was given attitude when asking for my one of the three medications and I have to ask for it every time as it doesn’t show as avalaible like my other two. Also The lineups and wait times are ridiclous at times .

Aggressive, obnoxious & unhelpful floor manager! Picture this: Hot August 9 mid afternoon. Thunderstorms looming. I go in to pick up a pre-ordered prescription (for heartburn). I pay the 4 for the prescription but there's a snag with the computer/ paperwork. Meanwhile there's a long line forming behind me. So I say, 'I don't mind waiting' But the folks just kept coming. Meanwhile, my dog was outside being tended by my 10 year old neighbor. This is a very busy traffic intersection; dangerous for them both. After more than 10 minutes I was uncomfortable leaving my young friend outside (I'm a senior, by the way). So I brought her and my very well behaved dog inside and sat in an out of the way corner of the otherwise unoccupied prescription lounge . Within 3 minutes a polite clerk came to tell me pet dogs aren't allowed. I politely replied ' As soon as I get the prescription I already paid for, I'll be gone but I'm not comfortable leaving this child outside with the dog any longer'. A few minutes later the obnoxious manager stomped over to try to bully me to leave. I politely repeated that I would leave as soon as I got my prescription. This manager tried to escalate tension by threatening to call the police and saying that the pharmacy had nothing to do with the store (since when did Shoppers divorce itself from its pharmacies?????). At no point did she offer any help ( to,like, maybe bring my prescription to me if I waited outside?) . Just intimidation and harassment. Very unpleasant for me and distressing for my young friend. Mrs. Obnoxious Manager actually took a photo of my young friend and the dog as my friend and dog sat quietly in the lounge while I waited at the prescription counter. I want to add that the pharmacy staff was excellent. The only nasty was the floor manager.
