Great experience here. Came in for an audiogram for school in the Brockville location. Tom is very approachable, gentle (ear stuff makes me uncomfortable) and helpful. I asked a tonne of questions and he happily helped me understand what the tests are for, why my studies require proper hearing and certain functions in the ear for scuba diving. I could not have had a smoother and more enjoyable experience! Highly recommended.
