My brother and I used the transport & cremation services at the Smiths falls location this year after our mother passed away. We only wanted the best and Blair and son is it. Steve Blair and his staff were friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. The day we had to come and sign off on documents, select urns, and complete everything was very difficult. But I never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. They definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated. Best Funeral Services showed great respect and care throughout. No hoops to jump through, or multiple calls to make. I highly recommend them. Thank you Blair and son! You truly made a difference during such a difficult time.

You helped us out in a very difficult time. We had no clue where to even start, but you took care of everything so we had nothing to worry about and were able to grieve and start our healing without the burden of trying to deal with arrangements. Hands down the most polite and professional establishment I've dealt with.
