I am very thankful we found this clinic. Our cat was having difficulty sitting down and we noticed some bleeding next to her bum. Our regular vet was closed due to COVID, meaning I had to now search for another vet hospital which is usually a process I dislike putting our cats through but this time was different and I was very happy with the result. Everyone here genuinely cares and they are all very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They treated my Princess Fiona with so much care and love and gave her all the attention she deserves and needs. The doctor took her time asking questions at the beginning and she was clear and thorough when explaining the issue to me. After her examination Princess was returned to me and she did not look nervous or scared /worried. Next morning, Princess was already feeling much better and back to being her silly self. I can confidently say that this will now become our new regular vet clinic.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The hospital is nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and caring. You feel welcomed the moment you step into the place. My cat Wednesday loves the vet and the nurse too! Compared to my previous vet clinic, their costs were much more reasonable. Highly recommend people to bring the fur babies here ️
As a new patient I appreciated the warm welcome by the staff at the front and the time Dr. Cox spent with us. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Our fur baby Juno is a little tentative in new environments but she seemed very happy even after getting her needles and a pedicure.
Staff are friendly and nice, but service is a bit questionable. I can't speak for dog-owners, but I took my cat in for a grooming at 11am with an appointment and didn't hear anything until 3pm. When I finally called to check in, they just started to work on him (coincidentally) and I brought him back 30 minutes later. That same evening, he started to scratch around his ears constantly to the point where he broke skin and started causing small cuts (even with nails trimmed). I contacted them immediately and they just said keep an eye on him and bring him in if it continues. Ended up bringing him back in 2 days latee and they said it was yeast infection. If a cat had no problems for 2 years and suddenly developed a symptoms right after grooming, it's pretty clear what the cause might be... but I'm on the hook for tests, medication and follow up. Ultimately, I had to pay a little over 400 and hours of waiting to have my cat suffer an ear infecrion.
They CURED my dog. My puppy, Moose, suffered from vomiting and painful watery and bloody stool from 10 weeks of age to 5 months old. We went to various vets to try to help him but after several expensive tests and bills NO ONE could figure out the issue. We discovered SMITH'S when he was 5 months old and I am beyond glad we did. DR. TARYN WAUGH was INCREDIBLE. She figured out what was wrong with my little guy in no time and made the treatment so easy and reasonably priced. She is such an amazing vet! She takes all the time you need time to go through your questions, is so intelligent and clear with her answers, is compassionate about every animal and checks up on you over the phone. It was so easy for me and Moose to build a genuine relationship with her and we BOTH love her! I am FOREVER GRATEFUL that we came across Smith's Veterinary hospital and Dr. Taryn Waugh. She SAVED my dog from a lifetime of pain and now he can live a long amazing life with me! There is no way I can say thank you enough to her! And If you are wondering about the nurses, they are energetic, fun with the animals, so sweet and helpful! I will never trust my dog with anyone else. Thank you Smith staff and Dr. Taryn Waugh!

This is an amazing veterinarian hospital. The doctor and staff are friendly, my dog loves when he goes there. I really recommend I'd you want high quality advice and treatment for your pet.
nice staff .vet was good as well and nice to my dog. only it was pricy almost twice other vet I been before but the vet was a good listener . vets are expensive so many of them they don't even care . if u have money I recommend this place
