I'm a middle aged woman that babies my phone. Took it back to this store as I'm having issues with it. They tried convincing me I dropped it and that there's a dent in it. I've got my old lady, magnifying glasses on and believe me, there is no dent, nor have I dropped it. Not impressed.

Really happy with how they were able to help me switch from Android to Apple for business. I recently had upgraded my device and two months later had to switch. They were able to save me money and were quite helpful.
