After much contemplating, I decided I wanted to treat myself to a Onewheel XR to combat the boredom during the pandemic when the weather is right. I did a quick Google search which led me to Smart Wheel Canada as the only place to buy one in the Hamilton/Burlington area and it's safe to say that I am very very glad I decided to do business with them instead of buying it directly from the company itself. I had questions about payment options during this time and about the product itself which were all answered in a very professional and timely manner. They shipped out very quickly once payment was sent and am very happy it arrived safely within a day! I highly recommend shopping with them and I myself would gladly do business with them again. :) Cannot wait to ride it when the ground clears up! Thank you again Smart Wheel!

With most reviews at 5*, it's no wonder after you come visit the store. The staff is great. Helpful where possible and if they didn't know, tired to help. The store front itself doesn't appear to be that big but I'm sure it's got a repair area and warehouse in the back. located in a commercial plaza, you'd never think there was a store selling electric vehicles. The website is decent but seeing the actual machines on display is a different experience all together.

I decided to treat myself this year to a new toy and found Smart Wheel. They have a great variety of products, friendly and able to answer all my questions. I walked away to think about my purchase - after 2 weeks I decided to order online. The product was delivered quickly and without issue. Thanks guys I get to wrap myself a Christmas gift!!

I just purchased an electric Scooter from Smart Wheel Canada and it was shipped very fast and everything works great! I dealt with one of the staff members (Jon) and he was extremely helpful. I asked him many many questions about the particular scooter that I was interested in buying and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Never once did I feel as if I was being a bother to him, he really did go above and beyond to answer everything before I ordered it. I asked him if his staff members could do a pre-inspection and they did exactly that (no hesitation at all). I am extremely happy with the level of customer service from Jon and will recommend this company to people who are looking for these types of products. Good quality Customer service can be hard to find at this day in age, but it still does exist
