Was on the way back from a work project 8 hrs away from home in the middle of a deep freeze. Oil warning came on in my work van and luckily just made it to Slave Lake Chrysler (Not a regular service place my company uses). Stopped in and the Service had it diagnosed (just had oil change at another auto service company) they found oil filter was overtightened leading it to fail and leak. They had me back on the road in no time. Customer service was awesome. I was lucky this happened right next to them and they were more than willing to help get me home. Much appreciated, highly recommend!

We called around, looking for top trade in value and vans to our liking. The used van we liked clearly needed front end work. So in the two weeks if took for that to happen we start to make a deal today. Only for them to offer us 7000 under the original trade in value. Not pleased with how they do business, especially considering we double checked trade in value when we got there after three hours of travel to get there.

It was a cold winter’s day. I had a tire that I needed to fix. Ironically, Canadian Tire could not do the job right away so I went to Slave Lake Dodge. They did not disappoint. I got my tire fixed as quick as they could and it has had no problems. Recommend their service!!

Brought my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee in for its first oil change. Good customer service, good price and it was quite quick. They did try to sell me on a new engine air filter which was completely unnecessary after only 15,000km on the vehicle. Was quite surprised they even tried that but once I said it was completely unnecessary, they backed off etc. To my surprise they washed my vehicle which was a bonus.
