Great service and rates. Dropped car off on a Friday night, got into shuttle, and was taken directly to the airport terminal. On my return a week later, I was picked up within 5 minutes of calling, and was taken back to my car, which was already started and toasty warm. I'll definitely use Skyway Park again!

I highly recommend using Skyway Park as a place to park your vehicle while you travel. Quick drop off and pick up and I’ve never had damage to my vehicles. I’ve used them quite a few times.
When I arrived to pick up y car. It had a completely flat tire. Staff told me it was documented to have a flat around noon that day. over 10 hours later, they drove my car on the flat which wrecked my tire. Skyway refused to pay for the tire that was damaged on their lot and driven flat on their lot by them. I am now out almost 245 . I have attached photos showing that my tire was driven completely flat and that the tire was almost new. DON'T USE THE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the past I used these folks. The price was great and so was the service. Last year (end of January, I believe) we got a big snow storm in Toronto. Their lot was closed when we arrived around 3 am, but we fortunately got into Park N Fly. Almost missed our flights. The employee didn't apologize for the lot being closed and couldn't have seemed more disinterested in our plight.
Don’t park here. We went away on vacation, and I paid extra for the valet service and front of the lot parking. Came back to my car all scratched and gouged on the drivers side. They denied it, and didn’t cooperate with the police when video was requested. They went as far as modifying the damage inspection document to make it seem like I was trying to scam them, and the damage was there before. Not the case, and I have proof they forged the document. I’d love to sue them, but they are numbered company after numbered company. Not worth the time and effort. Had to make insurance claim, and they only offered to cover half the deductible. There was 2700 in damage. So moral of the story is, when you sign that blank inspection document, make sure you demand a copy, as they don’t ever give you one. This is so they can mark it up when they damage your car. I’ll never park here again after the way they handled the situation. Very scummy and shady how they operate.
