When we returned from our three week holiday to pick up our car we found that our battery was dead- not something we would have anticipated given it was in the summer and did not have a previous problem with our battery. The staff had absolutely no care to help in any way. We ended up calling the closest company we could find, as it was after midnight and had to pay 85 dollars for the service call to get a boost. Quite a disappointment that Skypark refuses to give a boost or at the very least does not keep battery booster packs nearby as I’m sure this is a common problem with people who have left their vehicles for extended periods. We will not be using their services again and will choose a company who will go the ‘extra mile’ for their customers.

Looks like they have false advertisement offering the perks like Oil change etc on valet parking. Made reservation for parking and when called for oil change, the answer was we cant do it....they need 5 business days.....though they have 2 full business days yet they cant pre-book. the website doesnt state that they need 5 business days, what a bunch of liars and false adveritment.
Always hassle free! The best way to park it and go. Reasonable rates with excellent customer service.
Parking wasn't difficult, they directed us to a spot and picked us up quickly. Their system to get back after returning from our trip wasn't so great, you have to call their number and tell them to come, we waited about 10 minutes in the cold, not a big deal but we watched several Park and fly buses go by in that time.
DON’T TRUST THEM! They smashed my front end grill on my minivan and refuse to take ownership of the situation. They have video cameras but won’t show me the footage. They are dishonest, have questionable integrity and poor ethics. I’ve used them dozens of times before without an issue, until there was one. And now their true colours and aweful costumer service is revealed. Don’t trust their valet service. Next time it’s park n’ fly.
