Harpreet at the store helped out with my requirements. She was very helpful. One time I had to get a quick photograph for an application and she made sure it was fast and professional. She is very skilled and knows what she is doing. I do know that they provide courier services as well. I recommend their services.

I had to send a fax today. I went in and was helped by a lady who's name I believe was Preet. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated her time and patience in dealing with the 22 pages I needed sent. It's so nice to be able to have fax services in our small town! I used to have to drive into Abbotsford or Langley when I needed to fax things. I highly recommend giving this business a try for any of the services they offer.

FEDEX delivered my package to skymart, sent me a confirmation email, as well as a sticker on my door. The person who served me asked my name, went to the back, then told me the package wasn’t there. Said to call FEDEX. He argued with me, spoke over me. The other guy asked for the last four digits of the tracking #. When I said ‘it can’t be that big, it’s a pair of shoes,’ the first guy reappears with my package. Absolutely no customer service or apology. He argued with the guy ahead of me. Would never recommend anyone support this business.

I find this place so annoying to deal with. Always a wait. Usually on the phone while serving customers. I dread getting slips to pickup my fedex packages from here.

The level of professionalism and customer service at the location is above expectations. Not only do they save you money, they treat you like family.
