Extremely friendly. Extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I'm no artist or decorating expert , but you can't tell that once I pick up my pictures/Prints from Skylark. I think we're on our 5th piece framed at Skylark! The design suggestions and exeptional workmanship makes it worth every penny. Photographs (new and restored) become works of art for our home and gifts for others. We have so many more treasures to have beautifully framed so we can exhibit them and pass them along as family heirlooms and memories that shouldn't be relegated to a box or the back of a closet. Superb customer service from Kathleen and meticulous attention to detail from Chris make this the ONLY framing shop we will ever use.

I got a print that I needed to have framed and am so happy with the results! I don't remember the owners name, but she was so nice and took her time showing me all of the framing options and my order was ready for pickup in just a few days. I am so pleased with the final product, I will definitely return the next time I need something framed.
