My back screen had cracked so I came to get it fixed here, it seemed like a good place. The man who dealt with me first was nice enough, said the parts I needed had to be ordered and cost 80 total. I was made to give a 30 deposit. I came back the next week like he told me to and met a different man. He said they'd received the screen but not the other parts I required. I agreed to let him fix the back and I'd come later for the other parts. He doubted whether the other parts existed at all and I told him to check the inside to make sure. He told me the screen cost 30 more than what the other man had told me, which was fine, since at first I'd expected to cost a lot more. He fixed it, told me the part I wanted can be replaced like I'd said, but I payed the amount due and left. I drive home to find that it cracked all over again without having even been used again? I returned a few hours later, ten minutes before they're supposed to close to find locked doors. I come back the next day and see a third man, who tells me he couldn't do anything that I had to see the one who fixed it. Fine. Come back a third time. Be told he couldn't do anything about it, says that a screen doesn't crack by itself and be called a liar when I told him I hadn't had time to use it to even crack it. He was very unhelpful, and called me a liar. He hadn't received the other parts either (which I will not be going back to get) so I'm starting to thing I've been swindled also. In all highly don't recommend this place, who cannot own up to their mistakes, since the second crack looks like it came straight from the part I'd asked him to take a look at. Never going there again and recommend everyone to find a better place.

I went to the Laval store with my broken LG G3. Half an hour later, my phone was unlocked (25) and the new screen (130) seemed to work just fine. At their suggestion, I also purchased a screen protector (10). A few days later I had my iPhone 4 repaired as well. My phone started blurting letters, and apps like Google maps zoomed out instead of zooming in. So I had them check it out when I picked up my iPhone. In all I went to see them twice eeeeeeeeecvvv (now that's some letters blurting out on their own) where they tweaked it. Yet everyone and it started acting up again. Every time I brought it in for the same reason they suggested it might be a software issue. While that is possible I highly doubt iiiiiissshhhhh (more letters blurting) because before I broke my screen I did not have any issue. I finally them the phone a second time and used my iPhone in the meantime, only to discover that what I had asked to have repaired was still not working. I picked up my LG after they changed the screen for another one they said was new. They refused to replace my screen protector which is a one time use item. When I asked about the iPhone Mike not working I was told it was a software issue and could not be fixed. Nor could I have a refund. Seems like I have a software issue with both my LG and iPhone. How likely is that? Or is it an easy excuse to get off the hook? In conclusion, sky mobile are great at one thing only: unlocking phones.
I went a while back to fix my ipad screen. The guy was nice and told me it'd be ready sooner than later. It ended up being much much later and i had to call many times to follow up. Then when it finally was ready, I drove to the store and no one was there during opening hours and a couple was there also waiting to get their phone fixed. I had to drive back again to get my ipad. Really not impressed. Then this week, i went to get my i phone 6s fixed and once again drove there during opening hours and no one was there!!!!! I left a message and did not even get a call back. I suggest customers to find a better place with service to get your things fixed.
Punctuality and communication aren't exactly their strongest point, but they are friendly enough and actually know what they're doing.
Service great, very helpful, but the problem is that they don't use real certified apple screens and lcd, the touch wasnt working great when i got my phone back and the color seemed way off. so if u need to get you;re phone fixed Just go to apple, because after experiencing more then one repair shop they all got me off guard.
Worse service, I had 3 different people giving different quotes, they did not respect deadline, I went back and forth so many times! One of their employees played around in the main board of my phone knowing in advance that he does not know how to fix the issue, made me wait, so that he can then tell me that he will keep the phone and I'll have to come back. When they actually fixed my camera, they said they will be switching my original camera for an actual OEM, I went from having a spot on my camera to a camera that has no focus and lacks color definition. Awful.
