My wife and I had the best experience with their customer service, my only complain is that we could not take a buss all the way to the location but the pilot was so nice that in our way back she even gave us a ride back to downtown Vancouver. The other reviews ..i bet haven’t even flown with them. They are just complaining because they live in a city and expect it to be quite... helicopters are not quite.

This is the noisy black chopper that hovers and circles over ur house in the early morning when ur trying to sleep and the evening when ur trying to enjoy ur outdoor space. Sky owns the cheapest choppers available called a Robertson R44. To give u an idea a real chopper like a Bell 206 (think TV news chopper) costs 4 million . A Robertson R44 can be picked up for under 2 hundred thousand so it's closer to a flying car than a real helicopter. The R44 is also involved in the most fatal crashes because amateur pilots buy the cheap choppers and that describes Sky Helicopters perfectly. They are unregulated and fly out of their own private landing pad so no one is watching them. Safety is entirely up to them and then they fly over ur house in their crash prone cheap chopper. Sky was contracted by AM730 to do traffic reports so that is why it's waking u up at 6:30am. There are so many more environmentally friendly ways to check traffic having a helicopter overhead burning fuel and polluting the air is simply ridiculous
