Just went for the first time and I'm really pleased with the overall customer service and the facial I received. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and you're given the option of knowing which products are being used or if you'd just prefer to have a quiet relaxing experience. Skoah might not be in everyone's regular budget but it's worth a splurge every once in awhile at the very least!

I love all my Skoah products. The body cream actually healed my cracked heals, something that other products were unable to do. Their face products are amazing. I also have had quite a few facials and have never been disappointed. Going to book another one soon.
So professional and the products are divine . Will be back !
Being 8 months pregnant is challenging already, but I really wanted to pamper myself. Upon arrival I was treated wonderfully, I'm unable to lay on my back so my facialist made so many accommodations by lifting the chair to the max, and doing the facial in a more comfortable position for me. She checked in on my constantly, and allowed me to have breaks if I needed it. The massage was wonderful, and I will definitely be going back!
Owner of skoah regarding removing fragrance free products: >We often make adjustments to the formula's of skoah products based on kustomer feedback. Me: Telling your customers without addressing concerns isn't addressing feedback. It's avoidance. >At skoah we have always used high quality fragrances I didn't ask this question. This isn't a debate. This isn't an opportunity to make a sales pitch. You are not a doctor discussing my health around fragrances nor a professional in any description of the language to my sensitively to fragrances to make such a statement. This isn't a conversation. This is a statement: i, like several others: CANNOT WEAR FRAGRANCES. You say You listen to feedback? Then you listen. Not ell\. Not talk over. > in minimal quantities A CUSTOMERS HEALTH STATUS IS NOT A DEBATE. My fragrance sensitivity doesn't change with your business model. WHAT MAGICAL PLANET DO YOU LIVE ON?? THIS IS NOT A THING THAT HAPPENS! >and have always followed all regulations and compliance required under Health Canada. All this admits is that you are so incapable of acting in good faith and have so little common sense that you only DON'T kick puppies just cuz Canadian law told you not to. Boasting the thinnest line you Can get away with abusing customers is NOT encouraging. Let alone a willfulness to 'listening to feedback' >We would love the opportunity to discuss And that's the problem. My health around fragrance was never a discussion of how inconvenience it is to your business model for you to have with me.
