Chloe and Jess Swenson have been doing business in this marina for a few years now and I have always been blown away by how helpful and dynamic their operation is, for all my needs as a boat operator. To start, as expected, they sell all sorts of live bait, petrol, maps and all the things you'd need from a bait store & marina. However, it's not just their very friendly & pleasant service that makes going there great. It's they also their convenient selection of unexpected sundries for day trippers - perfect if you forgot bread, need ice (cubed or block) or just need 'something' for your shore lunch. Forgot milk? Not a problem. Need drinking water? Just grab it and go in your boat - no more hauling up and down hills! Then there's the decor. It's been improving year over year consistently. The dock replacement, new signage and flowers when you boat up is a super nice touch. All in all, it's pleasant, it's friendly, it's convenient, and it's probably got what you need and more. Pro tip: One of the daughters does baked goods - ordering information is in store. While I can't vouch for the cookies (haven't tried those yet) - I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the pies she makes. You'll need to order a few days in advance, but it's WELL worth it if you have a sweet tooth!
