I paid for coaching on Dec 28, 2020. I did not hear back from Laura. So, I inquired with her. She could not find my payment, which my bank confirmed the order had been processed from my bank card. She finally confirmed that I had paid. She apologized for the mix up. Our schedules didn't match up. When I went to get back to her, she didn't respond. She said she was sick for two weeks. Had difficulty getting a refund because they couldn't find the payment. It took a lot of back and forth but finally got a refund. Not a great experience.

Kudos to Laura and her team for a phenomenal New Year's Eve party! A great venue with lots of space for the 450 people that partied all night. A fun evening with great music, food, and a chance to meet new friends. The best singles party in Toronto! Great way to bring in 2020 !

I have been on the matchmaking service for over 2 years and I have only had 3 dates and they were unsuccessful. When I asked why I was not getting any dates she said that if you were not overweight you would get more matches because guys like skinny woman. The customer service is terrible and would not recommend the service at all. I also went to the speed dating events and never got a match.
