Spencer Gall

Their hand craft chocolates are superb, fell in love with their chocolates after having the first one. They have a wide variety of flavours, and some may offer a mouthful of different textures. They are feasts to the eyes as well with their beautiful look. Staff are also friendly and knowledgeable, and they put in so much effort in wrapping the chocolate nicely for you too.

The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. We received samples just from going into the store. There was a sanitizing station right at the entrance along with gloves for those who preferred to use them. The staff provided help and advice on what chocolates to buy as gifts and even gave us samples for products we were considering. The chocolates and desserts are tastefully but not overwhelmingly sweet, and there are a wide variety of goods to select from in the store.

Excellent chocolate! Very nice staff however the waiting time was way too long. 50mins when there's only 2 customers ahead of me! Still, big applause to local small business:)

I've been coming here for a few years. There are two locations - the original on Chatham and the second on Bayview. Always the best experience. The chocolate is delicious. I've done custom orders, off the shelf, gift baskets and cakes/cupcakes. Everyone always loves them. I find there prices are very reasonable for the quality and service. I'm not normally a shortbread fan but I love their chocolate covered shortbread hearts. They customer service is always excellent. They do the little extras to make you feel special - doesn't matter if you spend 5 or 500. Recommend both locations.

I love this spot. My favourite local chocolatier because not only do they have delicious chocolate, but the staff and customer service there has always *always* been fantastic. They are caring and also often offer samples for you to try out (although not during the pandemic).
