Absolutely the most un professional and dishonest agent (Yanicca Dai ). The real estate agent that works in this company ( Yanicca Dai ) is a shame and bad reputation to this industry. She was the selling agent of the apartment we bought in North Vancouver, we told her since we have toddler we want to have the apartment professionally sanitized and cleaned. I was at work at the time of possession of the property and was not able to pick up the keys and check the apartment, and my wife was not able to check the apartment either due to having a toddler.This agent agreed on the contract to have her Client professionally clean the apartment. For past two days since we moved in We haven been cleaning the apartment the bathroom floor, tub and shower, kitchen, everywhere is a mess and disgusting. I am in process of legally persue this matter and report her to the council and board. Avoid dealing with this individual. And this is funny and pathetic that these people keep giving them self awards and medallion for being top agent in this industry. This shows how un regulated this industry is.
Very unprofessional individuals work for this company. Didn’t even bother finding me and my family another rental, after applying for a 6k/month house, with 110k income, and than being declined due to not having enough income? Doesn’t make sense, you should be helping individual who are looking for a home, not declining them and moving on.
Summer and Leo are really nice. They did a impressive job. If you have a property that you want someone you can trust. Please look for Leo or Summer.
