I bought a very nice diamond engagement ring from Simon's in Northgate for a great price. We had the ring sized there for 1/2 of the normal price they charge, and the sizing was done flawlessly. Shout-out to Len for the exceptional customer service. He left us feeling reassured that our money was being well spent and that we were in good hands. Highly recommend.

This has been the second time I have came to Simmons and I have worked directly with Leonard and he has done nothing but give me too notch service. He helped me with a broken ring that was my father in laws..had it repaired quickly during the Christmas crunch and my father in law was so pleased with the workman ship..I was more then pleased with the service and friend atmosphere, highly recommend stopping in when in need, and look for Leonard.
I spent quite a bit of time with Leonard discussing various repairs for pieces belonging to me and my mom. After going through the options, I was really pleased with the end result for the chains. I found the ring sizing to be on the large size and when I went back to speak with Leonard, he gave me some advice on temporary solutions which have worked out well (I did not want to resize the ring). I found Leonard to be very helpful throughout the whole process and would have no hesitation recommending Simon's Jewellery.
A hugh shout out to Leonard at Simons. He was very helpful when I took my wedding rings in for repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely personable. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. Even though he was helping me, he acknowledged other customers in the store, ensuring they were just as important. I would highly recommend Simon’s Jewelry and ask for Leonard.
This was a great experience taking my watch in to get fixed. Previously i had taken it to another goldsmith to fix and it sat there for 4 months with the comments he was waiting for parts. After 4 months i retrieved my watch and put it on the shelf . I decided to try and take it to Simons to get an estimate to fix a couple years later. Within an hr of dropping it off i was pleasantly surprised to find out it just needed an oiling and cleaning . ( i dropped it off Sunday and picked it up Friday) . Great job Simons Definitely be a return customer
The staff is excellent and knowledgeable. The best customer service I’ve ever had. I went in with a rough idea of the wedding band i wanted and a budget. Leonard helped us picked The perfect band for my wants and kept it on budget. My wife’s ring is a family heirloom, my band matches so well you would think they are a set. Simon's is a wonderful local jewelry store with excellent customer service. Leonard was fantastic and helped me pick out the perfect gift to give for a Sweet 16. I would highly recommend both Simon's as well as working with Leonard to find that perfect piece.
I actually came into Simon's because of Leonard. I've worked with him for years, and now in Simon's, once again I had the pleasure of the best customer service in the industry. While I did not know the Simon's brand, I do now and will continue to have work done at the store. Great job resizing rings for me!
