We enjoy going out. Last night we visited this delicious place which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely time there with superb dishes and a nice stuff and an impressive chief cook. We added this venue in our phone list and we will no doubt come back very soon. We deeply recommend.

Great food and patio is really cute. I love the Johnny cakes and coleslaw. Curry chicken is good too and their sorrel run drinks delish. Good portions. Not crazy about the ox tail, jerk or BBQ.

I've been on a bit of a mission to find the best oxtail in Toronto - my mission just ended. There is no topping the oxtail from Simone's. The depth of flavour had me trying to identify the different herbs and spices in her recipe - the peppers where perfectly cooked - YUM!!

Three of us ordered a chicken stew and 2 jerk chicken with some drinks. Everyone was happy and my Jamaican friend said it tasted authentic to her! The johny cakes were well seasoned and fragrant, fried golden and still fluffy inside. My jerk chicken was fantastic. Their spice mix is really delicious and aromatic. My chicken was tender and not dry at all. I'm not a slaw person but their coleslaw was light and crunchy, complimented the main greatly. My friends loved their rice, too. The place is great and service was friendly and prompt. For the big portions, it was very very affordable. Will i come back? Definitely.
