my phone was having service issues and was hard to hear.. so i found a spot to get better service and the man on the phone told me to stop calling and was extremely rude.. terrible customer service..would not recommend to anyone.. disgusting people.

Great driver. We were in the area for work and my colleague sprained her ankle and could not walk back to our hotel. On time and helpful; knew exactly where we needed to be picked up and go to without needing addresses or GPS and waited at the pharmacy for us while we got first aid supplies. Really kind driver answered all of our questions about Simcoe and the surrounding area, and was very polite even though we were only travelling a short distance and weren’t a big fare.

Horrible ride in a van not fit for the road. I'm really suprised this vehicle passed its mvi! Took a short trip to the grocery store and was charged double(12) for the same ride we the day before(6). If thats not bad enough there was a stinch of cigarettes. The car as dirty. I totally think a one star is too generous.
