Carrillo carpets 2nd location is amazing, the family first approach Dan & the Carrillo family deliver is on point. It’s the genuine care for the product & honest truth for what product will last for your family/job. Dan & his team recommended a carpet for our family & with 5 kids let’s face it, stains or accidents happen. This carpet was amazing! Totally stain & waterproof, very happy with this product.

My Wife and were redoing our basement, we shopped all over Norfolk and by chance we saw the Carrillo Carpet store (where the moose lodge use to be) on my drive to work one morning (which we didn't even now existed). When we made a point to check it our they were so helpful, made my wife and I really happy. Customer service was awesome and we got our entire basement carpeted, installed/everything for a fraction of what we had budgeted for. Great people, highly recommended! We will be coming back to do our main floor when we are ready!
