Theater is amazing and seats are very comfortable especially now that there are recliners in every show. But please, what about the cleanliness?? Omg just look at the pictures, its disgusting. Make me not want to sit there. Please take time to clean cup holders cause it's not good!!!
Went to our first show in almost a year and one of our first public settings since COVID-19. I have never felt safer! Not only does the staff ensure protocols are in place but they ensure you feel secure in their execution of those protocols. Thank you for tonight stay safe!
It's been around for a long time and it's still decent. Granted, going to the movies isn't what it used to be, but this place is still good if you want to go see a movie.
Nice experience!!!!..... staff is pretty good nice & polite!!!. Bathroom's are surprisingly clean. That's always nice especially during this covid pandemic... over all nice experience I'd recommend for anyone wanting a night out.
Easy to buy tickets on line.no lines, must be a covid thing. Was able to buy food at the concession. Thankful i had money on my card cause i was unaware they were not taking cash.
Classic favourite theatre. I came here very frequently pre-pandemic and I am a huge scene point collector too. They have the best poutine and buttered popcorn in Ontario IMO. No one else even comes close! That’s not to mention their beautiful arcade area when you’re about to walk into the ticket stand. I love this theatre and have some of the best memories of my life here! Can’t wait to see you again...
I am not one to complain easily, this is the first time I've ever written a google review but I am compelled to because of how infuriated I am at the experience I had at this theatre. I went to see Tenet this evening with my partner. The movie opens with a very action-packed scene it was WAY too loud. My partner went out after a few minutes of me holding my ears to tell an employee who then walked into the theatre with him and said "WOW, you're right, that is loud. I'll tell my manager." The rest of the movie was excruciating. Any scenes with gun shots or explosions I spent covering my ears. Afterward we went to tell the manager, Joe, of our complaint and listened for a few seconds before cutting us off to say that he turned down the volume. He then added, "It is just a loud movie though." I then proceeded to tell him that I worked at a movie theatre for 6 years, have seen hundreds of "loud" action movies in a theatre setting and never in my life have I ever had an experience that uncomfortable in a theatre. As a student of audiology that manager is lucky there were no children in that theatre because it could have been damaging. Multiple customers were saying the same thing that we said on their way out and this manager did not seem to care. Incredibly disappointed and will not be returning to this theatre. I am only giving this review 2 stars because the other employees were wonderful and at least pretended to be concerned. The manager did not show us that same courtesy. I prefer the management at Landmark Cinemas much more.
