We ordered two furnitures last November and paid fifty percent of the total price as deposit. Our contact person was Trevor. The delivery date was the late January 2021. I called them in the middle of January but nobody knew about the status of order. We went to their store and they told us they couldn’t find the fabric (after two months) and told us that we had to change the fabric. We changed the fabric. Two month later I called them again to follow up on the status of our order, again nobody knew about our order and Trevor told us (another excuse) that again they couldn’t find the fabric (after two months). We had enough of them and finally decided to refund our deposit. This is one of the worse companies we have seen and totally not recommend it.

Wow, what a beautiful selection. Went in looking for an end table and was very impressed with the high quality and stunning furniture. They offer a wide variety of accessories and unique pieces that will surely be Center pieces in your home. I would recommend checking them out.

Signature Lane Interiors has become our go to furniture store in Edmonton. The selection is amazing, if you don't see what your looking for the staff will do their very best to help you find it. Trevor has helped us many times over the years with home furnishings, picking paint colours etc. He quickly learned our likes and dislikes and his suggestions and advice have been top notch. With his help our home is very warm and inviting. Together with Trevor, we have built a plan complete our furniture purchases in stages. While we enjoy what we have currently purchased, we look forward to the next stage. Trevor has been very informative, patient and lots of fun to work with. Recently we worked Jamie on the purchase of window coverings. After a short conversation she understood our style and was able to provide us with a fabulous selection of fabrics to choose from. Jamie is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We are so happy that we have found Signature Lane Interiors and have had the opportunity to work with both Trevor and Jamie. Together with them we have made our house a home that we truly enjoy.
From the moment you walk in you're captivated by the store. You enter a world of class and professionalism and I felt taken care of. The staff go above and beyond to making your shopping experience an exciting one, and from someone who doesn't know the first thing about furniture etc ,I feel the wealth of knowledge the whole team has puts my shopping anxiety at ease. Bravo to what I feel is the most amazing store Edmonton has. Bravo signature lane. BRAVO!!
This is the best furniture store in Edmonton. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I send all of my clients there and they are all extremely happy with their purchases and the service. Their prices are very competitive and at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.
