I always feel ashamed of myself when I eat pizza hut. There's better pizza. It's just average. I can do better, I should do better. This is like my high school days. For the young people out there, don't eat pizza hut. Expect better more out of pizza and life.

Ordered delivery. The order was correct, the delivery was early by about 10 minutes and my delivery instructions were followed. I've ordered from here before, every few months that I'm in Sidney for work. Over the last 4 years, they've been a reliable place to order. They should have a higher rating, so I'm giving them 5 stars.
I've been there around 10 times and haven't had any issues. The woman working days is competent and nice. She works solo which is no easy task during lunch. Washing hands, going on and off the cash can't be easy!
It's mediocre pizza, but you think you know what you're getting. Instead I had a delivery person lie to me about coming to my door (full glass door, I was seated facing it, my dog borks when a person arrives). He then called, insisted I come outside because it was too cold (-3 C), and then left before I got outside. Called restaurant. Described situation. Said they'd call me back but that was almost an hour ago. Definitely do not use a payment method they can bill before you get food. But honestly, just don't ever eat here. Awful awful awful.
I've ordered a pizza from this location and it took way longer than estimated time. When I called, employee who answered the call and she said 'He's one the way' in very frustrated tone. No apologies.
