Prior to arriving in victoria our reservation was changed due to shortage of cars. However Justin was great at finding us another vehicle within no time. He also arranged for pickup from the airport . Yury was the gentleman that picked us up and drove us to our vehicle. We were extremely pleased with their service highly recommend this location due to their excellent costumer service and ease of use.

Yuri was very professional and explained the vehicle well. What we were so shocked about was that they charged us an airport rental charge fee. This really isn't an airport location, thus no fee should be charged. They should correct this moving forward. Would be a 5 star if not for that!
Picked up wrong style of car, 1/8 of a tank of fuel. If i wanted a small dinky little car instead if a full size suv i would have checked small dinky car i can barely get into. Wont be back.
