I have been going to Connections for years and couldn't be happier with the consistently great service. The staff is super friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions I have. They also have a wonderful variety of clothing, accessories, and unique finds for great prices! Definitely favourite place to shop.

I have been a regular customer in this store for approximately 5 years or so and often took clothing and shoes for them to sell of which I found most of staff to be friendly...I did notice some staff eating food at counter while working. I recently had an appointment to take in some clothing of which I did and were received over counter by a young boy I had never seen...he said to me it would take 1/2 hr. and that I could wait in store or leave and come back so I decided to go back to car...on coming back into store I was given a bag back with items they didn't take so looked around a little when the owner...whom I had never seen before ask me to go outside...she had a very angry look on her face when she said this to me so I left but because of covid I was not told about the items that they took or if they were to call me...so I went back in as door was opened alot of people in store and I think I was the only one wearing a mask...I went in to see about getting the material on paper for my information...as I waited just by the door as there was a desk and another woman talking to worker at desk I was interested in a handbag on a manican again the manager/owner told me to leave store with a very angry look on her face...this was very uncalled for as said I had been a long time customer and was always friendly to staff and they to me. I know about social distancing which I was doing...no one else where I was standing...I feel if a person is running a business they should be doing it in a kind and friendly manner...NOT DISPLAYING ANGER TO CUSTOMERS as stated by Bonnie Henry Be Kind Be Safe...

The staff is amazing and very friendly. You always feel welcomed when you walk in. The clothes and jewelry they have are in great shape. Would highly recommend.
