This company is not allowing customers to log in to repurpose tickets for a cancelled event before the deadline to do so. The actions they are taking to prevent logins are so rediculous it could be funny, if it didn't mean they were stealing so much money. Authorities must take notice of this. Never again purchase a ticket through Showpass.
