Great place but not very convenient when they shut main gates and lock you out at 9:30pm and you clearly see a clerk and other customers still shopping. Edited: Changed to 5 stars cause was minor inconvenience. And thank you owner for responding

This place used to be friendly and very helpful but since the change over with a different owner everything changed. Staff were unfriendly and get annoyed with me when I asked them why I did not get a phone call on a new medication and was not a plan covered prescription. Before I always was called when something new charges

Came in and purchased a bottle of infacol, only to get it home and find it expired by a month. Called in to see if I could get it exchanged, the employee had to go and check the stock on the shelf, that was also expired. When I asked if it could be exchanged,she hesitated, said well it would have to be a refund, and we are not doing those right now, so you will have to ask for me specifically that way it gets done for you. Given everything that is going on with the pandemic, having to come back in, refund the product,and have to buy a more expensive product because they obviously do not check their dates enough seems a bit to much. We are asked to only go out for essential items, and now have to re enter the store because they can't keep expired products rotated properly.

I come to this location a lot and always been a good experience but I had an exceptionally great experience with Heather as I had a couple of missing items that I noticed when I got home and even tho I had to go back to store to pick them up, she gave me a little point bonus for my troubles! She really made things right! I appreciate great customer service!
