I was here to get pictures done, staff was courteous and helpful. I needed more than 2 pictures, he told me Costco might be less expensive. Later found Costco has closed all there photo centres.

Very disappointed to see that there are NO sales people available to help customers with check out just now at Shoppers Drug Mart (Saturday afternoon at 3:15 pm). There are some people who are incapable of using self checkout, for a number of reasons. There should be at least one person available to help those who cannot do it themselves! There were Shoppers employees wandering around, but no one to help? If there is no staff to help with check outs, perhaps the store should be closed on those days.

Experienced on March 13 during evening. Horrible customer service and experience. The procedures and conduct they have put in place are contradicting. You have 2 staff near self checkout, talking about the most random things to each other instead of looking out for customers. If there are 2 staff members at the front who have nothing but time, then why isnt one of them behind the cash? If safety is a concern and self serve is the only option, then why dont the 2 self checkout staff clean the self checkout screens after every transaction? Contradictions. Employees should always look out to assist customers. The employees here make the customer feel like we are annoying them when asking a question. Nothing here makes sense and front end staff dont care. Not shopping here again. Reduce the prices of goods because the dollars spent on employing staff is going to waste ever since customers have been made to feel like employees. Staff here should know that we dont work here and we didnt take the training they did to work at shoppers. So when customers ask a question, answer politely and be helpful instead of talking to each other loudly about things not meant for a workplace.

Staff have no respect and cohesion for their fellow customers. My Grandfather, 71 years old man who wears a turban went to this store. He has limited knowledge of English. Every Thursday they have a deal where seniors get discounts on milk. He bought 4 bags of milk for the temple and went back to get more for our home. The cashier, Katie, refused to scan and decided not to serve him. The deal states that 4 bags are permitted per person not how many a day. If he were similar culture-wise, she would’ve proceeded with the offer. She is paid and supposed to scan and help customers not worry about who has been in the store already. Is she shoppers personal security? I thought with many issues being pointed out in the world, people would take different approaches. This proves that there is still discrimination and segregation against people who are different from others, whether it’s because of their appearance or clothing. I would recommend for people to accept the differences and not neglect them. I suggest going to another store.

Every time I go to this Shoppers no one looks happy, except in Cosmetics/make up area. They always greet me! I go to the grocery side and It’s gloom city. Staff never helps to find something. Take me to the product so I can buy it!! I seriously don’t understand why they are working these days. Why are you working customer service?????? Not every store is organized the same. The staff is getting paid to help us shop.. Staff is never at the front for checkout or questions/checkout services. The pandemic shouldn’t be an issue for any of this. If staff members are avoid customers, stay home!
