Chaotic Bliss

A young lady named Cassidy helped me out & she was wonderful. I had some questions about make up, she took the time to answer them & give me different suggestions for what I was looking for. There a few shoppers in Orillia but I will certainly be coming back to this location from now on. The store was clean & I had Wonderful service!

In the last 6 weeks I had to return 3 times to fill the rest of a prescription that they could only partially fill while I waited, each trip was 100km for a total waste of 300 kms of driving. Furthermore the staff are rude, short in their answers and uncooperative. \It will be 20 minutes\ was always double or more, and in one case over an hour. I would prefer driving a few more kms to use another Pharmacy moving forward.

One of Orillia's Shopper's Drug Marts with a familiar selection of beauty, health and grocery items combined with a dispensing pharmacy and post office. There is self checkout as well as assisted checkouts. There is a reasonable amount of parking at this convenient location, just off Highway 11 at Highway 12 West (TransCanada Highway)

Went to look for dairy products with a few minuets left until close. The lady working the cash walked over infront of my girlfriend and I shut all the lights off to the freezers proceeded to close the Curtains on the bunkers meanwhile we were shopping right in front of her. Ignorant customer service won't be shipping here again.
