Bacon Ranch Smart Homesteading

Trust has been lost. They either can not count within 12% accuracy ( although in the their favour) or they are morally bankrupt...you know worry about pennies while collecting and in my case losing dollars. Like it is run by rich immature kids that have never struggled although they have been through hell and back at the Mercedes dealership. COUNT YOUR RX!!!! . I have been shorted twice. Perhaps they need a license review. I only know I was shorted because I had to audit myself to see if I missed...could not even do that because the numbers were off by 5 out of 40 . No big deal, only my health is it's only Lyme Disease. Was told they'd deliver the balance today...waited ALL Fn DAY. Can't work in my yard, can't go out. They never showed. Complete disrespect for my time. The first time they shorted me they could not fill the RX, but never told me. They just called several days later and said the balance was in. I had already found out it wasn't working and hang used what I had. So instead of refunding me the full amount for the unused portion, the refunded a portion of the unused portion. Miserly and petty. And like they think they can just dictate that I should make 2 trips in for 1 prescription. Go anywhere else, they do not know how to value customers, it's as if they think they are doing you a favour by existing. Negligent malpractice.

This is such a wonderful store. The staff are amazing, always friendly and professional and always helpful. Kim, the cosmetologist, helped me figure out a complicated problem today with a product I really needed. She immediately found exactly the right colour I was looking for which was great because I was so confused by a product I'd purchased online I didn't know what was going on. But Kim sorted it all out for me so quickly, it was amazing. She really knows her stuff. A cosmetologist who knows her colours that well and that quickly is a keeper. Just amazing service.
