Best shoppers I have been to!!! Staff is amazing and do what they can to help!! During covid-19 they have worked so hard to keep things clean!!! Keep it up napanee shoppers your the best!!!

This is a very good Shoppers Drug Mart. They routinely open extra tills when line ups form, staff are friendly and the store is well-stocked.

Up until this weekend we have always had nothing but good things to say about Napanee Shoppers. My other half has been on the same regime of medications for several years and renewed by the pain clinic every few months nothing ever changes. We have had problems in the past with the pain clinic not renewing the prescriptions on time and the pharmacist has always renewed them as it is very clear the meds have not changed and are renewed every 30 days. Unfortunately this weekend the meds were due Saturday and the pain clinic hadn’t faxed the renewal and because some of the meds are narcotic pain meds he wouldn’t even give him enough until the DR office opened Monday morning which they have done in the past. I know this is at his discretion but he can clearly see the routine of the meds and can see nothing has changed in many many months. Of course the pharmacist, the receptionist and the pain DR aren’t in pain or sick, they’re going on with their weekend no problem. This is unacceptable!! I could see it if the pain meds were a one time thing and someone was just looking for more, I agree shouldn’t do it. They want to give the pharmacist permission to prescribe meds for minor ailments, better give them some compassion first!!

Horribly rude front counter staff! Was berated by her and several other \ladies\ for asking for a bag after NOT even being offered one! She gave me the bag but said not to worry, she would pay the nickel that she didn't ask me to pay in the first place!
