We were very impressed with the exceptional service and food. We had a reservation for 10 and were taken care of exceptionally! Carlito our chef was amazing and even made a giant heart on the grill in celebration of the 4 people's birthdays that we were there for! All of the staff went above and beyond!

The food was delicious and the staff super friendly!! Had the Samurai combo with steak, chicken, prawns, and veggies and out was all so good. The sauces are great and even the dressing on the salad is amazing!!

I always enjoyed Shogun but hadn't been in 5 years. We went for my birthday at the end of November and had such a great time. The food was delicious and the cook Carlos was so great. Usually you imagine nicer restaurants having small amounts of food for more money, but we actually had to take food home and turned down desert.

Having lived in Prince George all my life I can not understand why I have not been there until today. The Sushi is some of the best sushi in town and the Tepynaki was out standing. The Chef was so nice and was so fun. Often letting us know to get our camera's ready for the shot and redoing it when we didn't snap the pic quick enough or the shot wasn't good. Top notch experience and I can't wait till next time.

Sushi ok seems like someone tried to do good. Sashimi still half frozen and crunchy (ice) didn't seem fresh and small portion for that price. The biggest problem was for me were the grills, only 2 out of 6 were used at the same time but restaurant was full of fried oil in the air and smell on our clothing was still there the next day. The problem seems obvious, none of grill exhausts were pulling air out and to make matters worse air supply didn't seem to work either. I understand if it is -10 C outside you may want to save on heating cost but not at cost of loosing customers. Or do you?

We go every year for my birthday and went tonight with my 2 year old. He LOVED the show they do while they cook! And the chef was very nice and interactive with him. Great time. :)

This is a four all because of our chefs. They were entertaining, engaging and flamboyant. Really and truly they made the "Shogun Experience" worth the ticket price. The food was well cooked. Veggies weren't over cooked and you could cut the stake with a fork. The miss was the sauces and seasoning. Over all bland. No complexity. Couldn't taste garlic in the garlic sauce and the peanut/mustered was over salted in comparison. Verry blah I'm afraid. Loved our chefs though and the wait staff were ON THE BALL! Thanks team
