The shopping experience doesn't get any better! They have an excellent selection of top brand shoes. If they don't have your size or colour, chances are they have it at the other store and are quick to check and bring it in for you. The staff is relaxed, personable and approachable. They know their inventory and the details of each brand. They make you feel welcome with no pressure to buy. Shortly after we moved here, I paid a visit to Shoetopia and chatted with the staff about how much I loved the area and in particular, their store. I received a 'welcome' to the area letter in the mail! Peter, the owner, made regular videos showcasing their different brands during isolation. One of their sales enticed me to buy online and Peter himself delivered it within 12 hrs.! I love everything about this store (and no, I'm not related to anyone who works there lol).

I was buying shoes for someone who is housebound. The staff made it such an amazing experience! No hassles, they truly wanted to make it a pleasant experience. It took a couple of trys but I finally got the perfect shoe in the right size!
I find that Shoetopia has a very good assortment of styles of the finest quality shoes. If they don't have it they will get it for you. The staff is the friendliest and most accommodating ever.. Thanks ladies - you make my \shoe shopping\ a pleasure!
