This is how you provide great customer service folks!! This was my first purchase from Shoetopia. I live in Ottawa, so I purchased three pairs of excellently priced New Balance runners from Shoetopia online two days ago. Approximately 90-minutes after placing my order, I received an email stating that my items had been shipped along with the associated tracking numbers. I received the first of my two shipments today containing exactly what was ordered along with a handwritten card thanking me for my business - a very nice touch! Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer and will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again Shoetopia for an excellent online retail experience!

I recently dropped in looking for walking shoes. I was shown several options, my feet were measured for size & I was sold on the first pair I tried on. They have turned out to be an attractive & comfortable replacement for my previous footwear. Face coverings, hand sanitizer, arrows on aisles, “no touch” displays & quarantining of product that has been worn made for a safe shopping experience. Thank you to the friendly & knowledgeable staff who got me in & out in a timely fashion.

Awesome Customer service! I received a personalized video walking me through my request, with suggestions as to which hiking boot would best serve my needs. I ordered at 2:05 pm my order was at my door by 2:25 pm. Great advice, great price and great service!!!!!
