Shirley was most helpful in my obtaining the products I needed. They were shipped promptly and I received them in excellent condition and in a timely fashion. Shirley called me to let me know that the shipping costs were less then what was quoted and that I was getting a refund. WOW!!!!! KUDOS to Shirley.
