Bubbly Man

Not worth the price. Dont order their special'Peace Latte' plus pearls (7.15cad) It tastes like diluted milk made from milk powder with very sweet peach jam.Worst bbt i had in Vancouver.

The tea quality is pretty good and I usually grab one to go when I’m visiting Richmond Centre (I’m a regular). However today I had a really disappointing experience. The cashier was not paying attention to the storefront at all and was too busy playing with her phone for a very long time. I called out many times and even waved my arms frantically to get her attention. When she finally took my order, she had such a bad attitude as if she didn’t want to serve me. Even after I thanked her for making my drink, her facial expression was simply rude. Next time I will happily support a bubble tea cafe that actually wants my business! Totally felt like I was inconveniencing the employee by being a paying customer.. feels bad.

The staff are patient and friendly, prepares the bubble tea pretty fast. They always get my orders right, even though sometimes I'm peculiar. Favourite bubble tea store in Richmond!

Paid 13 for a medium bubble tea and a strawberry smoothie for my son. My son liked his smoothie. I thought it didn't taste like real fruit, more like chemicals. It bothered me that the whole cup was filled to the brim with ice. Totally not worth it!

Was trying to buy bubble tea today and one employee was cleaning another employees ears. So i just went away. Damn I really liked this place.

Definite a 5 star for this bubble tea place. It was my first time trying Shiny Tea and the workers were very patient and nice. I even felt sorry for asking so many questions! Other than that, I ordered their signature drink, the Panda milk tea and I absolutely loved it. Since it was my first time, one of the workers recommended me to try regular sugar and regular ice level and I can decide what to choose next time base on today’s taste. The milk tea itself tasted phenomenal and the pearls had great textures. I would definite come back tomorrow!
