I’ve been to psychologists before but I never really felt like I got anywhere or like there was point. I started seeing Olga in early February and have been fully committed to continuing my sessions with her since. The way each session progresses you know and can see that she devises a plan. I now see the value in seeing a psychologist and am so excited to continue on this journey ! Thank you.

After my troubled teenager daughter finished 4 sessions with Olga, her behavior didn't get improved a little bit, just like my daughter went to her sessions before, she continue to do damage things at home and even at school, she never did that at school before. After school meetings we were referred to children hospital emergency room and referred to health professionals. I contacted her to get my daughter's file with her requested and asked by health professionals, she didn't respond for two days, I called many times and sent emails, until now it is still not solved. Their procedure with patients who is minor is against the minor health and wellness. She didn't help at all, she damage a kid's future and damage a family. She doesn't have moral and ethical, all she care is more and more sessions with my daughter and get more money. Olga and her manager replied here very quick, but never respond as promised, tried every way avoiding my inquiries and call, delayed too long, finally I have no choice, after I went to their office, Olga was there in her office alone and has been notified by receptionist in her office for couple of minutes of my coming, then I was told she was with other patient, totally a lie and ignorance client's need. Their procedure and treatment methods to treat minors alone was strongly questioned by school teacher, principal, Children's hospital professionals and social workers.I tried to get my daughter's file in their office, this reasonable request was delayed too long and refused.They just don't have any file or any good file to bring out. They dare not to release it. What a shameful business.
My sister's behavior got worse either at home or school after couple of sessions with Olga, that drove our whole family crazy and made us so frustrated after spending so much. They only care money, not moral or ethics.
No professionals here at all, they only care money , doesn't care ethic at all. Stay away asap.
