Hands down the best place ever to take any training. I have taken my ITLS, PALS and BLS through these guys and had two different instructors. Shane, and Chelsea are by far the best instructors I have ever had. Professional, personable and knowledgeable. They take the covid guidelines very seriously but, still provide a very thorough program. I would not consider taking this course from anyone else. Their facility and equipment is also amazing.

Amazing place! I took the EMR course, in the Vermilion location. Shane is an amazing instructor. Also brings in other instructors and others who work in the field, to give different teaching styles and perspectives. Such a kind and inviting atmosphere and they are always working to help you succeed. No matter what day or time, they are always willing to help you. Highly highly recommend!!!

Western Institute is an amazing school that offers lots to all of its students. Shane and the rest of the staff are super supportive and love teaching. There is a huge hands on practical component, which I loved and really helped with developing great assessment skills. I would hands down recommend Western Institute of Emergency Education !

This school is the best one in Edmonton for all your emergency care needs. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and for myself taking the EMR as a refresher and serving in the military, I took in A LOT of nuggets! Very laid back atmosphere too, you don't even know you are being tested on. I used to own a business, so I know how tough it is and with COVID and everything, it must be that much harder. Shane is an excellent business owner. Can't recommend this school enough! Go here!
