I brought my dog in for X-rays. I was greeted by a friendly tech who took her in for the procedure. I was contacted promptly when the procedure was done and provided the radiology report the same day. The tech who returned my Abby to me was wonderful and clearly treated my dog as a treasured member of our family, not just a procedure. I know it must be hard dealing with curbside, covid and working at a 24 hour emergency clinic, so I was pleasantly surprised at the time and effort taken to care for Abby for what must be a routine procedure to the clinic. Very positive experience and very reasonably priced as well!

I have used Pulse emergency clinic twice now. I have to say I’m so happy that I took my dog there. The staff treated my dog with the most care and compassion. They made sure they called with updates On my dogs condition as well as advice on the best steps to take next. Not once did I feel like my dog was not being taken care of. The staff treated him like he was their own . Comforting him when he needed cuddles. As well they made sure I was comfortable with treatments and cost before proceeding. I would definitely recommend Pulse emergency clinic for any emergency.So would Bronx

We were very distressed to notice a large lump on our 6 month old Standard Schnauzer. Of course it was a Saturday when our own vet was away, but she had left a note to say that Pulse would be available. The people at Pulse could not have been more helpful. They took in our puppy and took great care of him. He was there for 5 hours and all the necessary tests were done. He came home with the appropriate medications. The communication with the staff was exceptional. We feel very fortunate to have such a first class facility available to us. I also like that it is locally owned.

I have had a few situations that Pulse has been our only option. Last year our dog got sick and the staff at Pulse were so helpful and supportive. It made the process so much easier, despite COVID. We were lucky enough to have several months with our old guy and then we had to make the decision to put him down at the age of 13.5. The staff were so accommodating for use and our two girls, that despite what was going in the world they were friendly, helpful and respectful. Recently, over this last week (we have a new pup now - 5 months) I had to seek out Pulse Clinic. The staff again were amazing, and made things understandable and simple. They were extremely busy but at no time did they rush me or my questions. They took good care of our boy and even though I had to leave him overnight, I knew he could not be in any better place. Happy to say he is home and I am grateful once again for the amazing staff at Pulse. Thank you

I really have nothing but good to say about Pulse and their staff. This is the second time since opening that we have had to use their services. More recently our elderly St Bernard, was brought in to them late one evening w/ what we suspected was bloat and hoped was not a twisted stomach as a result....within 3 mins of pulling up they had her out of the car, within 10 they had the radiology done and the diagnosis, within 20 she was already being prepped for surgery (she had in fact twisted her stomach). Every step of the way, things were explained, options were given, and they were very thorough in the estimate. Having had Emma for close to 10 years now, we are no strangers to the cost of a large breed, especially as it relates to treatment or in this case emergency visits. I found their estimate to be very fair and comparable. We received regular updates on her status, and even with shift changes over her stay w/ the clinic, it never once appeared that new shift of vets/techs were clueless about her care and recovery. They even took the time to get additional information on her back surgery of last year, to ensure they knew exactly what her limitations were. When I say we are DEEPLY grateful for once again having such a clinic available to us, and w/ all the resources and equipment they have, we mean it. Not having a true 24 hour emergency vet clinic on this side of the city has caused my family heartache in the past, when we lost my late brother's Doberman to an illness b/c it took too much time to get her to the closest open clinic, only to get a diagnosis but be told they were not equipped to perform surgery. Thank you to the clinic for their prompt attention, care, and getting Emma back to us. Thank you for following up on her and thank you for answering all our questions. Thank you for not pressuring us any one way on what was the best decision for her and us.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The nurses are the friendliest people, and the vets are so thorough in their treatment. They keep you informed every step of the way, and you know your pet is in good, professional hands. Even during a very busy Sunday night, my dog was given immaculate care, in a timely manner, and it didn’t break the bank. They explained absolutely everything, from what treatment they needed to perform, the costs, and the follow up requirements. My dog is a happy fella again, and it is all due to the amazing staff at Pulse.

I am extremely happy with my Jasper care from the Pulse Vet Team . The staff was beyond friendly, they did an amazing job including a full neurological consult. Dr. Smith and her team gave me the answers that we have been seeking for a very long time. The emailed report I was sent was very easy to understand and very helpful. The cost for his appointment that day was very reasonable for the services we received for Jasper I would recommend Pulse and their team to anyone.

We recently had to take our 12 year old Chi to Pulse veterinary clinic. Not only was their customer service outstanding they accommodated an appointment within days of our vets referral. The Vet who examined Lea explained everything we needed to know about Lea’s condition with professionalism and compassion! The vet tech. even took the time afterwards to explain how to wrap Lea, to put eye drops in her eyes, without her screaming. It worked like a charm. We couldn’t be happier with the care and kindness extended to us and Lea during a stressful time. Thanks you so much!!
