My joints are sore

The changing stalls are quite small in the pool area and the food area is really nice. The environment is good if you’re hosting a child’s birthday. I’d recommend it to others but the swimming pool gets boring after a while because it’s been the same for over 10 years.

Great place for families and individuals seeking fun and sports, it has a gym, a rink, a play area, multiple pool areas for all ages, a second cup and a fast food joint. Very affordable admission fees. Great place for kids to splash and enjoy the pool and the play areas. The rink is a huge and fun, the gym is also huge and has a lot of equipment. Recommended visit. See pictures.

Millenium Place is a large and bright activity facility in Sherwood park. I was there for physio at the Bridge so I didn't see a lot of the work out facility. The Bridge was full of activity machines and was clean and bright. The physio I worked with was patient and knowledgeable and obviously well versed in his field. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming.

Great facility. Lots of variation in terms of equipment, and even though it is all spread out, it is still very easy to navigate. There is a wide variety of clientele here as well.

Great facility, polite staff, clean equipment. Their COVID response seems sufficient. I constantly see people cleaning, specifically touch points.

I love going to millennium place. I love how even during COVID, they still continue to have a wide variety of machines. I also like how they have it as you have to book your spot and they continue to have a limited amount of spots. It makes for a relaxing workout without worrying you need a machine and someone is on it.

The newer additions and maintenance have made it more fun. The bowl is pretty advanced for most people
