Have had fantastic service here on a couple of occasions. How often to have a mechanic shop tell you that you don't need to complete a repair. Very grateful for their integrity and professionalism, I will definitely be back..... Just hopefully not too soon.

We chose Hart Transmission and Mechanical for krown rust proofing on both our vehicles. The reason I chose Hart was because such good google reviews. The reviews are true! They are great! I called on Monday to see if they were able to do both my vehicles on Tuesday cause it was my only available day to travel to Edmonton from Lacombe. They said to show up at 8 and they would be able to do my truck right away. They were able to have my truck coated and washed by the time my wife got to Edmonton at 10:30 after dropping our oldest to school. They took her suv in then and had it done by 12:30. They were trying to make sure we were both able to make it back to Lacombe in time for our son to be out of school. The undercoating was done excellent, a nice heavy mix and by the looks of it every inch possible to coat was coated. These guys are professional, friendly and do amazing work. Will be back for sure!

They did the clutch on my mazdaspeed6 about 3-4 years ago and they were fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this shop. I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review to ensure no issues, then forgot and just remembered now; thats why the delayed review.

Had a great first experience with Hart on a RV trailer axle repair. They were honest, upfront on the issue and discussed 3 options we could look at, and what they recommended of the three based on their previous experience. They also don't do more than they need. In the end after all parts were on site and the work was done, they realized they didn't have to replace all the parts they quoted. Instead of proceeding anyway, they re-used parts that were still in good condition and reduced the bill by about 30%. That kind of honesty from a shop is very unique and appreciated!

I have an old vehicle, so it has its issues, but one day it started screaming at me. Literally screeching. I just moved to Edmonton and don't know anything about anything here, but my uncle, who lives in Sherwood Park, booked me an appointment with Hart Transmission and Mechanical. My car started screaming on a Wednesday, they had me booked in for Thursday morning, and had my vehicle ready to go (fixed and no longer screaming) by Friday evening. I was working and unable to pick up my vehicle that evening, so Sam, the most wonderful woman in the world, went above and beyond by offering to meet me at the shop on Saturday (even though the shop was closed) so I could get my vehicle back. They were so considerate of, not only my time, but also the fact that I'm a broke student. I know absolutely nothing about cars, but they never took advantage and made sure that I understood all of my options before going ahead. All this to say, Hart Transmission is great. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Great service and honest prices. Had a cracked radiator they were able to diagnose the problem within minutes and even better find the part and have the vehicle back to me by the end of the day with a great price. I want to personally thank Stacey and his team for making this happen and getting me on my way.
