I think it's high time I left Lisa a 5 review on here. From the start she was quick to answer questions and be genuine about the hot tub buying process. Hot tub shopping/buying can be very grueling, and she made it much simpler. She was very accommodating with attaining a color/layout that I liked and with the delivery and setup process. I had one warranty concern in the dead of winter about 6 months after I got my Hot tub and she quickly had someone out to address it the next day! Outstanding customer service from this company and especially from Lisa!

Simply put; they were great at getting me to spend my money on their product to the tune of 15,000, but their aftercare and service is pathetic and has resulted in me spending close to 1,000 needlessly because of inexperienced techs and actually caring about fixing their tub! Comments of "well, what do you want me to do about it?" And emails of "we appreciate your feedback positive or negative, and I will forward your concerns to our tech department" don't really cut it when that tech department simply ignores you! As a result I've had to call another company (Precision Spa) to fix the mistakes of Beachcomber techs. I'm not an unreasonable person and shouldn't feel ashamed for expecting proper service for their product! The let's just ignore him and hope he goes away attitude is not professional at all! Corinne Marusin is the Sherwood Park Store Manager responsible for this mess and invite her to actually respond to my emails asking for her help as she should have the power to do so (I'm asking her for some form of compensation for the techs charging me 350 to NOT fix my problem and then ignore me so I have to call another company to fix their mistakes so my hot tub didn't completely freeze). On a side note you should all be aware that this all started in the dead of winter where I was darn lucky my jet pumps didn't completely freeze solid which would have been major ! Really do your research folks before you buy from Beachcomber as my experience of the aftercare has been nothing short of pathetic and down right ignorant! BUYERS BEWARE!!

Both Dylan and Kevin were amazing in the customer service department. They explained everything about how to service our hot tub and how to connect it so that we could use the phone app to operate it, by coming to our house to show us. They also helped us make sure we picked the right hot tub that suited our needs. Every time we go in there the entire team is warm and friendly and welcoming and answers any question you may have. We even got some of our patio furniture and our new barbecue from them just because we like dealing with them so much. We won't go anywhere else.

We recently purchased a tub and gazebo and were extremely happy with the team of people who helped us. Kevin came out twice before it was installed to make sure the positioning we wanted was going to work. Installation was efficient and the end result is beautiful! Kevin came out again to do the start up with us and fielded a few paniced emails from my wife. We would highly recommend Beachcomber Sherwood Park to anyone
