Great facility, lots of mat space and a full size boxing ring. Nice elevated viewing area, change facilities and now with a newly added massage studio. World class instruction in Karate, Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Excellent facility, highly recommended.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and open. An expert balance of pushing you to your limits while making sure no one gets hurt. Not just a club, but a family.
