It is a low income apartment building with shared laundry. It's a nice place to to live, landlord really cares about the residence The one downside of living in this building is no air conditioning. It can get 30 inside your apartment and 30 outside (If you don't have a portable air conditioner). It can get a bit loud at times. Had to move after living there for four years it’s cooler outside then the apartment most of the time. But overall it is a nice place to live.
