I called to book a site when I was a few hours away and I gave my credit card number to secure the space and specifically said "please do not charge my card, I will pay with my debit card." The weather shifted and there was lightening and wind so I decided to change my plans. I called back to the campground to say I would not be there due to the weather as it was a safety concern for myself and my dogs. She said all was good, thanks for calling. Fast forward, I am home and doing my banking and I see I was charged for the campsite. I called and asked why and I was told there was a cancellation policy. I said I wan't told of the cancellation policy and she said it would have been emailed to me. I said I didn't get an email and she said it is because she didn't have my email address. I then reminded her that she didn't ask me for my email address. She refused to refund my money. Very disappointing. Poor customer service. Very talented at pushing away business.

I haven't stayed here but i had to call to cancel for a family member as there vehicle broke down and were stuck in Kamloops. I thought the reservation was for Fri and i told her i could be wrong as i couldn't talk to him as service was bad and they were busy with autoshops. I specifically said that i could be wrong on day and would your system show his name if i got day wrong?? she said absolutely i have no reservation at all on any day for him and the credit card doesnt get charged till check in. I re-asked my question to make sure i understood. She said again absolutely no reservation from fri on for him. Well low and behold she had one for him mon sept 7th 2020, so 2 days later. So i called as she remembered who i was. She wouldn't let me finish what i was saying by interrupting me as i was trying to tell her that i specifically asked if i was wrong on day would it show up in system if it was say a sun and she wouldn't let me finished and hung up on me. She said his reservation was mon and was charged as he didn't show up. I called her the thurs before and she said it was no show thats why charged said get him to call me and hung up on me. I wasn't arguing and who hangs up on someone like that? We camp alot and i will never ever visit this place after the disrespect i received today. -10 stars. Stay away!!
What a great experience at the Kings Acre campground. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The Treed sites are clean and well maintained. Easy access In and out of Regina with lots of amenities close enough to the campground. Definitely would stay there again
Ok campground if you want easy access to town. Not much wow factor from the outside but cute, quiet camp sites. Hookups were far apart and if you don't have sewer or power extentions, you'll be out of luck. Spotty WiFi made it tough to connect to the Internet. This campground is run down and old, but if you have a dvd player, they have dvds you ca n borrow....just like the good ol' days!
Great place for camping near Regina, or just to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Great and friendly staff and very good amenities that will be even better very soon!
Great location, fair prices and the friendly staff even lent me their tent! Lol 5 stars
The campsite was well looked after, friendly service. Would definitely stay again
