I didn't mind their sales staff but they are not as knowledgeable as a well researched customer, at one point they tried to tell me that the radar kit they were installing was doppler capable when the specs clearly stated it was not. Eventually when I pointed them to the manufactures documentation they agreed to give me what I asked for but then they could no longer honor their quote. The biggest takeaway I have from dealing with Sherwood was their shop did awful, and I mean awful work. The electrical on a new Hewescraft they did was a total and complete rats nest of disorganized and tangled wires. Also, the engine sensors were incorrectly done and, there is more but I'm not going to go on. Friendly group but terrible workmanship.

If no pressure sales are your thing then this is your place. I tried to get (any) sales guys attention as I wanted to purchase an item, however they were content to sit in their office and talk to each other as I waited for some time outside their office door, in plain sight, and was clearly trying to get their attention. I finally resorted to to asking a fellow in another office if he could direct a salesman in direction. I thought it would be a one-off experience however after returning an hour or so later to complete another purchase, I had the exact same experience.
Walked in,there for 15 mins no one approached me, business must be good, walked out .I did buy a boat but not from there.
