I don't shop here although I have a commercial account and I get good discounts, but their paints are pricey to begin with, and they don't always perform better than the competition. However, I've a client once a year who has their heart set on a certain Sherwin Williams colour, so I always do what my client wants. You are always are well served by going to Consumers Report in your library for the annual paint review issue: it will evaluate most of the paints available in mass markets. You'll have a very good idea of what's performing this year, as formulas change, even the highest price paint is not necessarily the same one year to the next! My MAIN supplier and go to choice is Cloverdale paints because: 1: it keeps our money in BC, 2: they have a very wide range of products, you can find one for every purpose. 3: Having used them for 40 years, I can testify how very high performing they are at moderate cost.

Brought in two small samples from an older house. They matched them both perfectly and they also saved my job when I had to touch up a patch of the wall area that had faded in the sun and the new paint didn’t match in that one spot. Thanks so much. And of course the paint is excellent too.

This paint store has a friendly and attentive staff. They always have what I need in stock, can competently fill and prepare orders for us, with a smile. They always have answers to my questions and suggestions to help me with my lack of product knowledge.Rob and his team should be given a raise! Ive been painting over a decade and this is the best paint store experience EVER. Hands down,no one runs a proper show like these guys.
