Sheridan Dental is the BEST dental clinic I have had the good fortune to attend as a patient! I have always had great anxiety going to dentists, but feel completely calm, safe and at ease here. The office and treatment rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Frances is kind, caring, patient and extremely talented. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

My first visit to Sheridan Dental to see Dr. Frances Vania Hadipranoto for cleaning and fillings on Monday, December 7, 2020 was a great experience. She was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable about her dental work and took the time to explain things clearly to me about my dental health that day. She had found out from the X-rays that I had other problems with root canals which had to be treated, and told me that I also needed crowns on the next appointment. She did the cavity fillings for me professionally. The dental hygienist did an awesome job for cleaning my teeth. The staff, Nicole and Sabrina were very friendly and kind. Sabrina always gives me a phone call a few days before my appointment day as a reminder, which is very good. The dental office is very clean, tidy and spotless. It is conveniently located beside Metro at Sheridan Centre Mall with a lot of free parking spaces. I will go back to see Dr. Frances for my other root canals and crowns in a few days and will continue to see her for my regular cleaning and check-up in the future. I am confident that she has been taking great care of my dental health and other patients' as well. I find that Dr. Frances is my best dentist I have ever had in my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Frances to my friends and family.

If you’re looking to find a new dental office or just unsure of whether this is the right place for you, I truly cannot say enough about how amazing this clinic is. Dr.Lam, Nerissa, Nicole & Sabrina have been the most incredible team I could’ve asked for! I got my upper wisdom teeth removed last year and went this year to get my lower wisdom teeth removed and happened to get an infection due to my weak immune system and my lack of care after the extraction. (when Dr.Lam gives you the care sheet that says don’t eat certain foods, smoothie bowls definitely count as seeds and can/will get stuck and cause issues ). Dr.Lam and the whole team went ABOVE and beyond to help ensure the best possible care for me. They took my pain and infection seriously, and have checked in consistently every step of the way as I am clearing up the infection with antibiotics. They’ve answered every question and concern I’ve had, we’re incredibly proactive about the situation and never made me feel as though I was bothering them. I used to avoid going to the dentist, but I look forward to coming into Sheridan Dental because the whole team is so professional and enjoyable to be around. Biggest of thank you’s to the entire team and I can’t wait for my next check up.

I cant say enough about how wonderful Sheridan Dental is. The whole team is amazing. Nicole is so welcoming and the dentists are amazing and professional. They are so good with my kids! That is very important with kids! I would love to thank Aleesha! She is so awesome and we love coming in to see her! She makes the whole experience a thousand times better! I would never want to go anywhere else and I would recommend this place 100%. Aleesha makes us feel like family when we are there! Love all you guys!
